Adult Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is helpful for a range of emotional concerns, including struggles in relationships, identity and sexual orientation, depressed mood, stress and anxiety, compulsive or self-defeating behaviors, difficulties coping with work or school, and traumatic events such as separation and loss. During a short period of consultation, I develop an understanding of what the problems are and what may be helpful in each situation. Through talking, listening, and understanding, the process of psychotherapy can lead to creative solutions and more satisfying relationships.
